Aspabroc Baby Broccoli : Also known as Broccolini® in the produce section of your grocery store and on restaurant menus. Aspabroc is easy to grow and requires little space. Resembles broccoli raab with an asparagus stem. Plants produce central shoots, followed by 3 to 5 side shoots continuously for 4 weeks in mild weather. A hybrid that was first developed in 1993 by Sakata Seed Company in Yokohama, Japan.
