Carolina Blend Grass Seed : Carolina Blend is a mixture of 3 hybrid turf type tall fescue which are Petite Tall Fescus, Falcon II Tall Fescue and Chinook Tall Fescue. Piedmont turf mixture makes a great looking lawn and grows well in full sun or shade.

Seeding Rate : Over seeding 5 lbs. per 1000 sq. ft. ( 200 lbs. per acre )
New seeding 10 lbs. per 1000 sq. ft. ( 400 lbs. per acre )

Planting Dates : Best planted in the fall ( Mid Sept to Mid Nov. )
2nd best ( Feb. 1 to April 30 )
