Criolla Sella-(Capsicum bacattum)-The Criolla Sella pepper comes from South America. It ripens from green to a brilliant orange. Similar in size to an Aji Lemon Drop or Aji Pineapple. The Criolla Sella is very sweet and fruity and some say it has a Mango like flavor! The peppers are about 1/4 inch in width and 3 inches long. The Criolla Sella chile is great for stir fry, sauces and fresh salsa. They Criolla Sella chile plants are extremely productive and very bushy. They grow to about 3 feet tall.
