Jays White Ghost Scorpion-(Capsicum chinense)-The Jays White Ghost Scorpion pepper also know as the White Knight pepper is a cross of the Jays Peach Ghost Scorpion with the White Bhut Jolokia JW. It was created by Master grower Tom Kleinfelter of Pennsylvania, United States. The peppers get crazy shapes like the Jays Peach Ghost Scorpion but are slightly smaller in size. Like all white superhot types, they range from yellow white to white in color. The heat level is about the same as the Jays Peach Ghost Scorpion. The flavor is fruity citrus. The Jays White Ghost Scorpion chile plants grow over 4 feet tall.
