Tendergreen Mustard : ( 35 Days ) Heirloom Also known as 'Spinach Mustard'. Leaves are oblong, thick, smooth, glossy dark green and are mild flavored. Plants are semierect with a spread of 16 to 22 inches. Usually cooked as greens but can be used raw in salads like spinach and are also great stir-fried, or steamed. Rich in vitamins and minerals.
