Table Queen Squash: ( 80 Days ) Heirloom A medium sized, acorn shaped, winter squash that is about 5 inches long by 4 inches wide with sweet golden yellow flesh turning more orange in storage. They are generally heart or acorn shaped. The rind is thin, hard, dark green with yellow ground spot and occasional sun spot. Can be stored for several months in a cool and dry area. Great when used in soup, baked, steamed and can also be micro-waved.
